Hotel lovely but breakfast was a complete let down. One barely cooked sausage, one bit of bacon, one egg, toast hardly cooked, not worth nearly £15 each|It was cold and certainly not worth the money. staff were lovely and welcoming but breakfast could have been better value for money

We booked for a family lunch on New year's day. Main course had Yorkshire pudding missing on the Beef but was on a Fish dish, meal was lukewarm and only one dish of vegetables between Six adults. It seem as though no attention had been given to the meals going out.

Lovely place to stay. Rooms need some TLC. Food exceptional for dinner and breakfast, staff were attentive and extremely helpful. The older receptionist was lovely and very helpful, the younger one was sharp and almost uninterested. Disadvantage- there was nowhere to sit and enjoy the company you are with. You have to eat and then go to your room- this needs looking at. We won't be back for this very reason. Shame as it's a lovely place
